My husband and I found Criswell to be very friendly, and accommodating. We were greeted on the lot, right away, while searching for the vehicle that we found online. After 2 weeks of debating if we should trade our car my husband and I finally made our way to Criswell Chevrolet. as we walked inside Mario E. welcome us he asked if there was anything we was looking for husband and I finally made our way to Criswell Chevrolet. as we walked inside Mario E. welcome us he asked if there was anything we was looking for in particular. and we did as we told him what we was looking for he confirm that the truck we had in mind was still available. we had a trading. and worked with us to get us not just a good deal with our trading but also with the truck that we wanted. all I can say is good things about Mario and will highly recommend him if you are looking for any car we are so happy with our new truck but more so with Mario E. The staff at this dealership are very friendly and helpful. Mario Adams was the sales advisor who helped me to purchase my jeep. I am from Chillicothe Ohio and bought a high end Ram 2500 truck from this dealership. I seen the truck while surfing online. I called the dealership and Mario answered. Wow what a personality. Mario Adams was super helpful getting the vehicle secured I was looking for. I had to search several hundred miles outside of my home area to find this car and was worried it would be sold before I had a cha I was looking for. I had to search several hundred miles outside of my home area to find this car and was worried it would be sold before I had a chance to get out there to check it out personally. He sent detailed photos of the vehicle, carfax history and background history until I could make it out to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was exactly as he portrayed the car. I will recommend Mario and the dealer he works at to everyone I know. More
