Great dealership, excellent service I have been a long term customer at Audi San Diego and can attest to their commitment to excellence. They have made servicing and buying vehicles as painless a process as possible, and in my experience have always tried very hard to put together good deals and finance options. Audi are an expensive luxury brand, but the back up provided by Audi San Diego helps one feel very supported during and after buying the vehicle. Mario Chabayta and Damien Burton are outstanding individuals truly committed to deliver excellent customer service. More

Worst experience in my life first complaint I have ever had The service was so poor and shady this will all have to be explained by phone or person from mistakes made in financing Not full disclosure of the ve The service was so poor and shady this will all have to be explained by phone or person from mistakes made in financing Not full disclosure of the vehicle history or any in housework that had been done and hidden from the Vehicle history or the fact that they allowed me to drive off the lot with expired tags to get a parking ticket weeks after the list goes on... to top it off with my vehicle being hit by a delivery truck on the lot and dealing with that inconvenience and now having a incident on the vehicle history along with many other Unprofessional mistakes made that were not to be expected from a dealership of this caliber my first clue should have been when i was told the vehicle had passed inspection and gone under reconditioning and before buying the car it had a bubble and split in the side wall of the front tire with the wire showing and that’s how they tried to sell me the car which was corrected after I pointed it out but everything has been down hill since More

They made the impossible happen. Great service I can’t say enough good things about my Experience with San Diego Audi. I called the night before and Mario was so nice to schedule me an appt the fol I can’t say enough good things about my Experience with San Diego Audi. I called the night before and Mario was so nice to schedule me an appt the following morning. I was upside down on a car and I had a tight budget and they were able to get me in the car I wanted and take back my car and keep me in the payment I asked. It was an absolute miracle. They were friendly fast and not pushy at all. Easiest car buying experience ever. Thank you Mario and thank you Rosalina for being so great! More

Simple & Straightforward It was a good experience and thanks to Mario, it was easy and straight forward. Due to time constraints, Mario handled almost all steps online and I thank him for working with me on that. He was very communicative and on top of things. All my calls were either answered or returned in less than 30 minutes. Robert was also super nice and patient. I appreciated his candor. And Dan was very thorough and I am thankful to him for double checking on all details and paperwork. It was very hard to park in front of the dealer. There was very little space to turn and a few customer parking spots were available. It was a lot of manuvering :) If you are going in, do yourself a favor and park on the service side and walk in from the back. I also think the dealer can add diversity in its car inventory; more than 90% of the Q7 listed online had a black interior. More
