Thanks to the help of Damien and the repair crew, I had a clear understanding of what would need to be replaced to get my car back on the road. After some consideration, I was introduced to Mario, a salesperson. Mario talked to me about all my options, as I was considering using my old car as a trade-in on a lease. Mario made everything that I needed to know very very clear and worked with me on all of my target numbers (if I were to decide to lease). He did, and with hours of working with finance he got the payments to where I was comfortable, and even added in the negative equity from my trade-in. I feel that Mario is a very considerate and understanding person. If I had had a salesperson who didn't quite "get me" I would have probably just walked out the door and paid for the repair on my car. Because he was so willing to invest his time, effort, and good company as we worked through the numbers for the lease, I was more than happy to take the keys to a new Audi A4 with a bright smile on my face.
