Scheduled an Oil Change for 9am and added a MVI so I could renew my registration. Was done at 11:00am. They made error in the MVI paper work so was unable to use. Had to go to another location to get a could renew my registration. Was done at 11:00am. They made error in the MVI paper work so was unable to use. Had to go to another location to get and MVI. Within 2 hours of leaving I got a Service Alert on my app. Something about improper engine oil pressure. Had to return and it ended up being a much bigger issue also. Ended up having to leave my truck behind. Fortunate it was still covered by the extended warranty. A very frustrating day. Staff was very polite and professional despite the negative attitude I developed. In the end they took care of me and now I just hope all repairs are properly done so I can go back to enjoying my Ford F150. Thanks. More
