She was not personable and we found her to be offensive. When making a big purchase, whether it be a home, car, etc., there is a certain level of respect that should be considered towards the client. She disregarded us and our questions completely as a family purchasing a "family car". She was irritated every time we asked a question and tried her least to explain anything to us. We would never recommend anyone to her or ever work with her again! Because of Kristen, We would not recommend this dealership, unless they had another option to work with a different financing agent. More
