Aber and Alonso were very helpful! They were kind and professional and made the process flow smoothly. As far as financing, Kristen Sophiea, she was rude and ill-mannered. She was not personable and we found her to be offensive. When making a big purchase, whether it be a home, car, etc., there is a certain level of respect that should be considered towards the client. She disregarded us and our questions completely as a family purchasing a "family car". She was irritated every time we asked a question and tried her least to explain anything to us. We would never recommend anyone to her or ever work with her again! Because of Kristen, We would not recommend this dealership, unless they had another option to work with a different financing agent. More

Alfonso was the best when we came to take my car in to have something fixed. He was ready and waiting when I arrived and offered me a car to drive so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership for 3 hours. A have something fixed.
