I don't normally write reviews, that being said. I made a boo boo on my car decided to self pay for the damages. I say that because I spent over 30 years in the insurance business and then 6 years in the body shop industry. I see why we pay so much auto insurance. I have service work done at Matthew-Currie Ford, but didn't consider the body shop there because it was a little further from the house. Well, I made an appointent for an estimate. My 30 years in the insurance, and body industry it was all about " Service". The service I received was outstanding to say the least. The estimator ( a young lady), was attentive and repectful. The estimate was fair, no more ans less than what was needed to repair my vehicle. Repairs were great and done quickly. I highly recommend this body shop. Thank you Matthew-Currie Ford. R.W. More
I have been having ongoing issue with battery in my 2023 ford explorer since beginning of year. Car still under warranty and we also have extended warranty. Car has been back to dealer 4 times for battery n ford explorer since beginning of year. Car still under warranty and we also have extended warranty. Car has been back to dealer 4 times for battery not holding charge. They have told me they need to do 1-4 hour test which it has had. Today I had appointment to have new battery installed and when I arrive they told me they need to do the same test again, even though the service advisor told me the battery is only 44% charged and has been as low as 40%. He did say car still under warranty until end of year but that the next battery would cost me over $350. But when I scheduled this appointment the girl told me as long as it was the original battery it would be replaced after looking at my history. They constantly reach to me to come and trade this car in and they will give me a great deal on new one.. No Thanks! will never buy another car from Matthew Currie and will be sharing this experience to others. More

TAKE WARNING. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from here. It was anything but. I experienced 7 mechanical failures in 6 months, totaling almost $10,000. It i I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from here. It was anything but. I experienced 7 mechanical failures in 6 months, totaling almost $10,000. It is apparent that this dealership doesn't perform their certified inspections since 3 of the failures should have been found during the 139-point inspection. Their misrepresentation of this vehicle cost me significantly. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their failures shows their deceptive business practices. I would never trust a vehicle from this dealership to be reliable and don't trust this dealership to do the right thing by you. The GM, Brad Bielen, screened my calls and ignored my emails until i posted a review. After trying to resolve it with the dealership, Brad Bielen's only response was, "It seems as we are at an impasse.." You can do much better somewhere else. Think before you go to Matthews-Currie Ford. Don't put yourself in my situation, these are not the only vehicles around. More
