We bought a Jeep Wednesday, June 27th. There was a recall on the vehicle, both my husband and I questioned it, and were told by several people, do not worry, its just a safety video. Thursday, David called me and said that he would come and get the jeep and have the recall fixed. He then came back to my office and and said that it could be a day, week, he was not sure. So much for the safety video. He said he had another Jeep, I asked about the price and he said he would make it work. The payment went up another $100, I believe it was, so much for working on the price. When we took delivery, there was only one key and no book. We received the book on Friday, but we are still waiting for our second key fob. I was there Friday, June 30th, for a code reading. I inquired about the key fob and David said they would find it or order another one for us. Today I left a voice mail message, but have not heard back. We need the other key and my husband and I feel that a brand new vehicle should have two key fobs. We do not understand why we did not receive better answers on Thursday or Friday. Today is Wednesday, and still nothing. Poor service, especially for this vehicle, which was expensive! More
