Marisa made the entire process enjoyable. After all is said and done, you know you can trust her to follow up and help with any questions or concerns you may have about your purchase. Five Star has a star among them, she makes you feel like you are purchasing from family. The finance person, Mr. Sneider (spell?) was also the best. He knows his business and enjoys his job, which in turns makes the experience wonderful. I never thought I would ENJOY spending that kind of money on one item; however, he made us feel comfortable we were getting the best possible financing. Five Star Ford has earned our trust due to these two exceptional employees. They represent the dealership and do it above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. She didn't talk down to me and she didn't do the "baffle em with bullshit" routine. I was treated with dignity and respect. Marisa wrote down the difference in costs and went over them with me so I could fully understand the purchase and financing. She patiently let me test drive several vehicles and didn't rush me with my decision. Before I left with my new 2010 Sport Trac she went over all the details of the truck. She also said when I am ready to learn the SNYC system to come back and she would go over everything with me - even if it was several months from now. Truly a positive experience. More
