Excellent service by Ed and Marissa! Love Annapolis Subaru! We spent all day Saturday test driving vehicles, and ultimately purchasing a new car. This is our first time buying a brand new vehicle from a "traditional" dealership. My last couple cars were from CarMax. I will never go back to CarMax after Saturday! it was such a pleasant experience. From the professionalism before we arrived displayed by Ms. Marissa Leach to the exemplary service we received from Ed Rucker day of - we couldn't be happier. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our needs were met and we're more than happy with the vehicle, to include pricing, we ended up with. a truly great car buying experience.
