During my purchase I was informed that I could bring my car in anytime on a Saturday for an oil change with a recommendation that I get there early because it gets busy. They will sell you a car and guarantee you things. (Like a warranty on tires and rims) sell you a warranty package and then won't make sure you can use it. I used it one time when I needed to again the warranty declined and said nothing was fixed from the original claim. And dealership knows it was fixed but has no proof. So I get screwed with a damaged sports car. More
