My experience with a new dealership I contacted Shel online about a new truck. I had totaled my truck out and was in need of a new truck. Shel was very helpful and patient in getting I contacted Shel online about a new truck. I had totaled my truck out and was in need of a new truck. Shel was very helpful and patient in getting me the truck I was wanting. I told him that it I would have to wait until I had everything settled with the insurance company before I could buy it. Shel called me back and had talked to Mark Allen about my situation. Mark told Shel to get me in the truck and I could pay them after the settlement since I was a repeat customer. That was a great help and I was very grateful. My sister was looking for a new car and I told her about Shel and how pleased I was with him and the whole Mark Allen dealership. It first started due to our 2007 I just recently bought a new to my family 2015 Chevy Silverado from Calli; she was great to get us a wonderful deal! It first started due to our 2007 Chevy Tahoe that was put in their Service department due to some much needed maintenance. Brandon the Service Advisor was very helpful and went above and beyond any requests or conserns that my wife and I had. Whenever we decided to trade in the Tahoe we expected it to be a lengthy process however it was not it was a very quick process with very notible communication from all departments from the service department all the way to the financial department. My wife and I had our 19 month old son in the new car showroom with all the new Camaros and Corvettes! He was walking around the showroom looking at the new performance vehicles and wow what a site! Buying from Mark Allen Chevrolet was it a great experience! This dealership is very family friendly! I would highly recommend it! Not only did I receive a great experience buying the truck but whenever I went to pick up the truck with my father-in-law we met the owner (Mark) personally it’s nice to have an owner that is on site.
