They didn't h My wife and I came to Plaza because we wanted to shop locally. Our salesman Austin showed us a Lincoln that was too small for our needs. They didn't have anything larger that wasn't high mileage so we asked about Cadillac XT5's. As we were leaving for a test ride the brakes made a horrendous loud noice and grabbed as I applied them. Even the salesman was startled by it. We decided to pull out and try the brakes and they seemed to work ok so we continued the test drive. Our salesman didn't seem to know much about the car we were driving and didn't offer much information on features or anything else except that he would take it to service to have the brakes checked out. When we got back we decided to see what they would offer us on our trade in and if we could make a deal. We were pre-approved with a check in hand from our credit union so we were ready to purchase a car. After they low balled our trade I was ready to walk out but of course the salesman had to go through the back and forth game with his boss. Their car was priced higher than similar cars we found online but we knew we were paying more for a Certified Pre Owned vehicle so we eventually settled on a price for our trade but it was still lower than it should have been. Austin came back from service and said the brakes were fixed but he didn't know what was wrong or what they did to fix them. We had been waiting to go into finance and were told to wait in the lounge. He could have used the time we spent cooling our heels to take us through a similar car and show us the features and how everything worked but he disappeared once he put us in the lounge. The lounge and both buildings don't live up to what one would expect from a luxury car dealer. We have bought Cadillacs from another dealer in Jacksonville and the facilities were spotless and the staff were much better to deal with. This one felt shabby and not clean. We eventually made it to finance and finished our paperwork to buy the Certified Pre Owned Cadillac XT5. Austin reappeared and had our car brought up from detailing. By this time we had been there all afternoon and just wanted to go home. Austin said to call him if there was anything we needed and off we went. After driving the car home it was obvious there were issues with the tires and front suspension. It vibrated badly at highway speeds and pulled to the right. The driver's seat made popping noises you could feel when it slid back to let you out. I called the dealer and told them I would be bringing it in for service. I left the car in service on a Saturday with Steve and was given a loaner, the same model but two year's newer. After three days of not hearing from them I called and was told they were replacing the seat track but had to get two tires replaced under warranty from their supplier because they would not balance. Three more days go by and I have not been called so I called them and was told they were waiting on the tires to come from a supplier in Orlando and the seat track was being installed. Four more days go by and we get the car back. I was told they replaced all four tires and installed the seat track. I looked at the tires and saw they were a cheap knock off brand (Ironman) made in Thailand. The tires that come on all the new Cadillacs are Michelin tires made in the USA. I asked why a Certified Pre Owned Cadillac would not come with the same tire as the factory put on and the service guy, now Harry, said I would have to take it up with sales. Obviously the tires made in Asia are cheaper but I was told CPO meant the car went through a myriad of inspections and was brought back to an "as new" condition. If they had inspected it as closely as they claimed why was the seat and the alignment not corrected? Long story short, the tires still vibrate at highway speeds but they won't do anything about them because the are "in specs" according to the road force machine they are balanced on. The car still drifts to the right but the service rep Patrick told me it was the crown in the road causing that to happen. The seat still makes the popping noise in the back and on the left side of the seat bottom but Patrick said he checked other XT5's a 2019 and 2020 and they all do that. I told him both the loaners I drove did NOT do that and they did not vibrate at highway speeds or pull to the right. He said I could take it up with the sales manager Russ but he couldn't do anything about it. The same Russ that ignored me as I stood next to him the first day I came into service but stood there complaining to the service rep about how many donuts were being thrown away so they had to buy less of them from now on. Priorities? I read all of the glowing reviews about this dealer and that is why we felt confident we could have a similar experience. Not so lucky as all those other happy customers. Not sure if I will have to take the car to another Cadillac dealer to the get the seat and alignment fixed. I am probably stuck with the cheap tires too. I will certainly not bring the car to Plaza for service or spend another dollar there, nor would I tell anyone else to go there either. More

Very incompetent These folks are very rude and not very willing to work with you. I was on travel and my wife bought supposedly a new 2019 XT5 Luxury FWD from them. These folks are very rude and not very willing to work with you. I was on travel and my wife bought supposedly a new 2019 XT5 Luxury FWD from them. The car had 388 miles on it and they told my wife it was a new car. When I returned and saw the car I questioned if it was new. They said it was, it was a dealer trade. After checking with CarGurus the car is worth $45000, she paid $54000 for the car. The sales manager said he lost money on it. Don't trust these people. They are con artists and are truly terrible people to deal with. Sure they took advantage of a woman but they have no scruples. Be aware of these terrible human beings. More
