Sales personnel outstanding Although the sales department is superb, the two men at the service desk need to work elsewhere, This is not Cadillac service. They argue between themselves, tell us, the customers, to go take care of ourselves and forget to include everything in the work orders. I will probably need to go elsewhere for service, what a shame as The cars, the sales staff, that business office are all top notch! My suggestion is tha the service staff needs supervision. after the sale I have bought many new cars with this being my 1st Cadillac. There were 4 sales people in the room to close the deal which seemed aggressive, however I have bought many new cars with this being my 1st Cadillac. There were 4 sales people in the room to close the deal which seemed aggressive, however 3 months after the sale not 1 has called to ask if all was OK. Of all the vehicles I has bought this is the 1st time no interest for the customer has been displayed. It was our most expensive car yet and so surprised no one cared to check on us. With so many options you would think a follow up is a necessity. Disappointed in staff More

Better used than new We liked the car we purchased it was certified and had an extended warranty. You new smaller SUV was a different story. No real movement on price.
