Randy Nelson is the best salesman! My husband and I were greeted by Randy Nelson who is the best salesmen around. Randy took care of our selection of vehicle and helped as much as poss My husband and I were greeted by Randy Nelson who is the best salesmen around. Randy took care of our selection of vehicle and helped as much as possible in the transaction into the finance end of it. He also took me through sat with me in my new car and went over ever inch of instructions to make sure I understood. Mark Allen Finance Manager was very detailed and very patient in explaining the financing end of the deal. All service personnel are always right on in servicing the customer. We have leased two SRX's in the last 6 years and had great service and will continue to deal with Plaza Cadillac. More

Complaint I feel we paid too much for the car but that was our problem we should have looked around more. I feel they should have put new tires on the car beca I feel we paid too much for the car but that was our problem we should have looked around more. I feel they should have put new tires on the car because of the mileage of 38,000 and the age of the car. I suggest the dealer should go over all the numbers on the purchase and not just put it in front of you and ask you to sign it. Also was told the interest rate was 5 percent and it was 5,89.
