Car was due for an oil change. Decided to replace tires. General knowledge of sales rep on tires was minimal. Parts person has 0 personality and as little info on tires. Once I did my own research I was told one of the tires was not in stock. Just a not good process. The center itself is below standards I am used too. Little in the way of refreshments. Not a very good place to wait. Most maddening is that when I called for the oil change would have been nice to be told there were several other maintenance jobs that should be done. With the ties it was a 5-6 hr job. I would have scheduled a different day as there were things I planned on doing. The rep that helped me was very pleasant, best attitude. Otherwise I would rate a 2 overall score More
