My interaction was with Mark, and, as in the past, he was professionally business-like. I appreciate that. There was not a record of the appointment that I had made for service the week prior, and Mark mad professionally business-like. I appreciate that. There was not a record of the appointment that I had made for service the week prior, and Mark made sure that it would happen as I had driven 168 miles for the service. He was spot on in his assessment of the time that would be required to perform the service (125K recommended maintenance items plus replacement of two worn-out wheel bearings). The Courtesy Van driver got me to my doctor appointment on time and returned me to the Service Department to find my Subaru ready for departure - AND, it had been washed! I thank you for the very positive service experience. More

Employees are almost always pleasant, which really helps the visit and service experience. I value that the, although crowded and not covid safe, waiting area has coffee and a TV( looks like somebody ate a the visit and service experience. The lifetime free oil change and free state inspection is also a motivator to continue with this dealership and it's service department. It is also commendable that the service rep explains findings to us before automatically proceeding with repairs. The courtesy car wash, well car rinse off, is also quite appreciated. I rated four instead of five stars because I continue to find the cost of Subaru parts , and some services , to be very very high. I'm trying to maintain my loyalty to Subaru service but know that there are many quality garages in my area that could provide the same services at a much lower cost More
