Easy to make appointment. Had oil changed and noise coming from front left wheel checked out. Two hours later, I was told the noise was coming from my brake calipers. They wa Had oil changed and noise coming from front left wheel checked out. Two hours later, I was told the noise was coming from my brake calipers. They wanted to charge me $475 for new brakes and to lube/adjust the calipers. Not replace the calipers! Since I have a warranty on this car, I showed the warranty information to, I believe, Mark was his name. Mark said my warranty would not cover this repair. I called the warranty company while in the waiting area. Yes, they will cover this work. After telling Mark the job would be covered, he advised he would get an estimate together and call the warranty company the next day. Even though there was an estimate in my hand. Mark advised, he had to put another estimate together designating all new parts, like the rotors. Hmmmm... This all took place a week ago and I have still haven't received a call from Mark or Southern Team. Hmmmm... More
