Good people to work with Everyone we met from the first day to the days after we purchased were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Mike, Todd, Nick, Frank, Ovi, Ramy,Ma Everyone we met from the first day to the days after we purchased were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Mike, Todd, Nick, Frank, Ovi, Ramy,Mark and David were people we dealt with directly. This was a huge improvement over three years ago. If anyone else had a bad experience in the past, I would advise returning to experience the difference. More

Friendly expert sales representative. Walk the talk. I used true car to get a fair price estimate for a 2017 Pilot EX-L. I was assigned Larry Lopez.There was no haggling or pressure to modify the true car price. The Honda of Ocala price was the lowest of all dealers recommended by True Car. Larry had the car ready for our evaluation. He explained all the features let us test drive and made the conclusion of the sale a real pleasure. Troy Vandal walked us through the finances. Again no pressure to add service programs, tinting, Etc. Overall a real pleasure dealing with Honda of Ocala and feel we get a excellent deal. More

Great and bad The sales depart was ok. I had a problem with battery 3 days after purchase. When I called the salesman I got was an obnoxious jerk. He was not the on The sales depart was ok. I had a problem with battery 3 days after purchase. When I called the salesman I got was an obnoxious jerk. He was not the one I got the car from however. He was rude and dismissed me like “hey, you bought the car, it’s your problem”. I just thought after 3 days they could have done a little better customer service. Finally they said to bring it in and see Matt in service. Matt was outstanding. He knew why I was upset and went above and beyond and then some. He picked the batttery up himself and stayed and made sure it was put in. HE is the best not reason I’ll be back. I will only deal with him. Mark and Matt from service were great. Sam and Mike H from sales were great. The finance person was also obnoxious. He had a Trump sticker on his window with a line through it. I was appalled that the dealership allowed such a display. If I had not wanted the car I would have walked out. I don’t remember the person from sales that gave me a hard time. But after a few minutes I gave it back to him. Just sad. More
