I was there on Friday, September 1 and Wednesday, September 6 to buy out my lease. The sales person and sales manager were polite, but did not provide accurate loan interest rates. The manager simply went to web pages for interest rates without searching future. I spent 2.5 hours on Friday and again on Wednesday doing the actual pay out for purchasing my previously leased car. It should be noted that on both days the dealerships were quiet !!!! More
