When you brought your concern to our attention, our team road-tested the vehicle with you and thoroughly evaluated the noise you described. To ensure an accurate assessment, we also compared your vehicle to another similar model and found the same road and wind noise characteristics present. Based on those findings, we were unable to identify a defect or abnormal condition requiring repair. We understand that vehicle noise levels can be subjective and may not always meet every owner's expectations. While we were unable to verify a mechanical issue, we provided contact information for Subaru Customer Advocacy so your concerns could be reviewed directly with the manufacturer.
