Had to do the car buying purchase remotely to a certain extent, since she's immunocompromised, and she can't be around other people. Mark was super easy to work with and they let me take the paperwork home for her to sign then come back with it. Definitely weird buying a car during a pandemic but Mark made it as painless as possible. Will definitely be coming back here the next time we need a car! More

Speechless in the best possible way. My husband and I have had a few experiences at Flatirons Subaru over the past three years, beginning with the lease of a new 2016 Impreza. All of them have been great, but the experience we had today left us purely speechless in the best possible way. Mark Berger and Shae Hansen were the two people that helped us out today, and to say that we're eternally grateful for everything they did for us would be an understatement. Never before have we been shown the amount of respect, compassion, and empathy that they showed us. They treated us like family, from start to finish. Like I said, we were speechless, and we still are, hours after leaving the dealership. I truly never expected to write this positive of a review for a car dealership. The typical expectation of a visit to a dealership is pushy salespeople and stress. Suffice it to say, quite the opposite happened today. We walked in with immense stress and worry weighing us down, and by the time we left, all of that stress had been replaced with relief. Mark and Shae, "thank you" doesn't say enough. We both look forward to working with you in the future. More
