Happy with this dealership. I've always felt good about having my cars serviced here even after the warranty periods; I've never felt "up-selled" on that side. Mark Berger Delivers Mark Berger helped my wife and I purchase a 2019 Subaru Ascent. He was extremely helpful from the point we ordered the Ascent until we drove it home. This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! I wasn't sure what to expect since was the first time I had ever gone through the process of buying a car and Mark Berger, our sales representative wa I wasn't sure what to expect since was the first time I had ever gone through the process of buying a car and Mark Berger, our sales representative was so helpful (and continues to be!) and reassuring. He made sure that all of my concerns and questions were being addressed and stressed that I should follow up with him if I have additional questions about anything related to my new car. He went over all of the car's features with my husband and me, explaining in detail how they work. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can call him again if I need a review of any of the features. The car is so easy to drive and I know that my husband and I will really enjoy it on future road trips. More

Over the Top:Replacing a 2015 Subaru with a 2019 Subaru Leas Mark Berger provided excellent service for both the turn-in of our leased 2015 Forester and the new lease of a 2019 Forester. We began our discussions Mark Berger provided excellent service for both the turn-in of our leased 2015 Forester and the new lease of a 2019 Forester. We began our discussions in March and Mark helped us to get a 6 month extension on the lease. We met again in August to design and order our 2019 Forester and he was unfailingly courteous in helping us to decide on model, and color. He then kept us informed on the status of the car, which was not due to be delivered until October. When the car was in, Mark gave us a thorough briefing on its features and offered to meet with us any time to go over new features that we had selected. All in all, we found Mark to be very user friendly and would recommend him to friends interested in leasing a new Subaru. More
