He took particular care to be sure that we had plenty of operational details about the car before we took it off the lot. He conveyed that he was REALLY concerned that we know all that we need to know (which is substantial, given all the built in technology). He and Kerrie Bowen in Financing extended and pressured themselves (and extended their work-day) to get us complete in our tight schedule that day. Mark had followed up to be sure we were happy and know what we need to know. More

This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! He made sure that all of my concerns and questions were being addressed and stressed that I should follow up with him if I have additional questions about anything related to my new car. He went over all of the car's features with my husband and me, explaining in detail how they work. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can call him again if I need a review of any of the features. The car is so easy to drive and I know that my husband and I will really enjoy it on future road trips. More
