Great sales experience at every level. Our salesperson was Mark Berger. He put us at ease with his friendly and helpful personality. By the time we drove out with our 2013 Subaru my Our salesperson was Mark Berger. He put us at ease with his friendly and helpful personality. By the time we drove out with our 2013 Subaru my wife, Diane, and I, felt like he was family. We spent a significant amount of time with Mark as he guided us through the sales process. We are both in our late 70's and have plenty of experiences with sales people. Some good experience some not so good. Mark was as good at helping us and making the experience really memorable and pleasant. He is as good as it gets in the long arc of our buying experiences. We really liked and trusted him. Never not a Subaru! I just leased my fifth Subaru; I think it's the fourth one that I leased with Mark Berger at Flatirons (I've lost count). Outstanding help to buy a new Forester We leased a Forester 3 1/2 years ago. The decision last March was to trade in for a 2018 or wait several months for the completely updated 2019 model. We leased a Forester 3 1/2 years ago. The decision last March was to trade in for a 2018 or wait several months for the completely updated 2019 model. Mark Berger deftly walked us through the pros and cons, especially for our needs and goals in a new car. Our 2019 Forester Touring is wonderful. It's a new experience with the latest safety features.
