My son and I met with Mario Pozzi who was professional, personable and patient throughout the entire process. I had an end of lease car as well as a trade in. Mario efficiently handled all the details and patiently answered any questions we had about types of certification, the features of the car I chose for purchase and helpful with different financing plans. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and made it an excellent experience. I would recommend Mario Pozzi to any prospective buyer. There was no pressure and I feel completly satisfied with the process and my selection. He also introduced me to Ryan Murray in service who is my contact for two free oil changes. I've dealt with Ryan over the last several years and he is also the best. The Business Manager, Mark Bowen was equally helpful and professional. A Great Team! More
