During test drive I asked sales person about a rumble noise. He said it was caused by the road. After purchasing the vehicle I found out it was a bad torque converter. I was initially upset with the deal noise. He said it was caused by the road. After purchasing the vehicle I found out it was a bad torque converter. I had a great experience when purchasing both my vehicles. However with service this turned for the worse. Some how frontend out of alignment and tires got wore down fast. Took it in was told well t vehicles. However with service this turned for the worse. Some how frontend out of alignment and tires got wore down fast. Took it in was told well things just happen and no one explained anything nor investigated why this happend in such a short time. Tires were just rotated a few months ago and not a lot of miles since then but the inside of both fronts wore down to the radials??? Truck is driven light and less than 22k miles overall. So I had to buy new tires and get front end aligned, still with no explanation of why this happen other than “stuff just happens” More
