My overall experience was good. Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. My sales associate (Mark) not sure if his last name was helpful when I neede Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. My sales associate (Mark) not sure if his last name was helpful when I needed assistance but not pushy. The only thing that I didn’t like were the aftermath experience with Chris. (I think he’s in the finance department). Chris was very nice. No complaints about him, very professional. I didn’t like the process of giving the option to purchase additional coverage for my vehicle after I had made arrangements to purchased the trucks. I had to make arrangements with my financial institution to get additional monies. I should have been given the opportunity during the initial sales of the vehicle. The delay in wrapping up my sales ( paperwork) could have been avoided. My overall experience was good. More

The only down issue I have is the license (tag). I wanted to transfer my tag which was good for 1 1/2 years and save maybe &300 but you gave me a new tag only good for 1/2 year. Bummer. Otherwise, everything else was greT. Love the car.
