Went in for 7500 mi. service and they wanted to put a synthetic blend oil in the new . I think this is real bad , kind of like the old bate and switch. Very fast friendly and effective. Super easy to make the appointment by phone, took my car in a couple minutes early. Until 2/17/21 I thought I had a good relationship with LHM Hyundai in Peoria. That is until Mark Castelman decided my leased vehicle would appreciate a good cleaning and he was talking about the inside. LHM Hyundai in Peoria. I have been allowing the sun to heat my home during the day and that means opening the garage window and letting IN the warm air along with any dust. Everything was great. Mark knows how to provide good customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing I wished they did better was washing the cars. I have not had a good carw customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing I wished they did better was washing the cars. I have not had a good carwash in the two visits. This time they washed the exterior but didn't dry the back so I got my pants wet when trying to put a stroller in the vehicle. Minor issue but it is the only thing I could say could use improvement. More

Great and fast oil change and tire rotation service! All done in 1/2 hour including washing my car! This was the fastest service by any dealership thus far.
