i pulled into the wrong driveway and saw the car i wanted to own as i was in the market for a used vehicle. I took it for a test drive and fell in love!! I went in and talked to Mark Collins, who immediately started the paperwork. He was extremely helpful, not pushy or overbearing as some sales people can be and he had me in my vehicle THE NEXT DAY!!! He and the entire staff couldn't have been more professional or helpful for everything I needed. Two days before my 30 day warranty expired, there was a leak of some kind under my car and I was so worried. There was no need, I called Mark, he told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it and thats exactly what they did. 24 hours later I was back in the drivers seat, good as new, without spending another penny!!! My son was looking for a car to replace a well used Nissan Altima and found a 2002 Infiniti I35. He sent me the link from cars.com and I went to their website to check out other cars plus the dealership. After reading several reviews we decided to go check out two cars they had on the lot. When we got there one had just a deposit on it so we looked and test drove an Infiniti. The car was a 2002 in great shape and we put a deposit on it. They held our deposit for a week with some bank issues and we called them on a Friday to say all was taken care of and was it possible to get the car that day. They had it ready when we arrived in great shape. It has been a week since the purchase and have no complaints. I will update the review when we need service to the car. So far a very good experience and would recommend them. More
