Excellent salesperson but......... Mark Cravatt, our salesperson, was an 11 out of 10 in providing us a sale. I would purchase another vehicle from Mark. The finance person person (m Mark Cravatt, our salesperson, was an 11 out of 10 in providing us a sale. I would purchase another vehicle from Mark. The finance person person (manager?) was the most snarky, unprofessional, and customer unfriendly individual I have dealt with in my 39 years of purchasing vehicles from automobile dealerships. Maybe the finance person was irritated from working New Year's Day? Bob Rohrman, it is very apparent you have made many positive improvements at your Lafayette Subaru dealership but you need to work on improving your finance department personnel. More

Car Buying Experience Our salesman ( Mark Cravatt) made this a positive experience. He was courteous, professional and helpful. He gave introductory information and then was attentive to our questions. His answers reflected a thorough knowledge of the Subaru line. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. When the sale was completed he gave us an in depth "tutorial" of all the "bells & whistles" necessary for us to be comfortable and safe driving home. He advised us of a future in house "tutorial" and reminded us of his cellphone number for any questions or concerns. We truly believe this young man is management material. This dealership is awesome Our experience was just the best. Our salesman Mark was courteous and helpful. We gave him a list of used cars we wanted to see and he went out of his Our experience was just the best. Our salesman Mark was courteous and helpful. We gave him a list of used cars we wanted to see and he went out of his way to get them. There were no hard sales tactics, he just listed to what we wanted. We decided we wanted a Crosstrek, so we came back the following weekend to drive a couple of those and make a decision. We decided on a used 2016 Limited. However, we would have to wait another week to buy it. Mark held the car for us until then. We came in today and bought it. Rohrman was very helpful all the way and Mark is Awesome! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
