I guess I had to do more research to avoid some extra charges such as $349.0 documentation fee that could be avoided and as I remember the finance manager was not clear about it. In my opinion the best and hardest way is to not sign anything before getting the final deal, come out, study it carefully, do more research and compare it with multiple offers. It makes you more satisfied and avoids negative feedback for the dealer as well. More

Delivered car when promised and answered all of our questions Joshua was great to work with and so was Mark from the Finacing Department. However our entire experience started of with the utmost professionalism from Jaclyn from the Internet pricing. She provided the quote that got us in the door and she made sure the quote was honored, unlike Boch Toyota who did a classic bait and switch when we entered their showroom. We will purchase all new cars from Herb Chambers going froward. More

Including one in Lynn that I purchased my last two trucks from and who offered no deal and withheld Toyota rebate information from me. I decided to give Herb Chambers a try and I'm glad I did. They offered me a great deal, They were very professional and it was a non-pressured, pleasant experience. I dealt mostly with Howie Reske, General Manager, and Haider Amin, my sales consultant, both consummate gentlemen. More
