Mark, my salesman, worked hard to find the right car for my budget. I purchased a precertified 2013 ES350 with only 18,000 miles on it and couldn't be happier. The only thing I miss is my great gas mileage on the Camry Hybrid. I highly recommend Mark Demma and the Lexus 350. More

My Salesman- Mark Demma- Mark has always made me feel that he wants my business and wants to make the deal without all the high pressure sales. He has always given me a very fair deal and wants to be assured he has done everything possible to make sure I am totally satisfied. Ask for him, if you stop in. Delivery Manager- Dave Gustafson- Can't say enough about this guy who has the knowledge and most of all patience to instruct me on how to operate the car and understand all the features no matter how may hours or trips It may take. 3. Service- Paul Crossman- Does a Phenomenal job. Ok, the dealership already has my money and Paul continues to give me attention and service that gets rated way above Excellent. He is always very friendly and professional by addressing any concerns to my satisfaction . Paul is always willing provide a loaner if requested, which to me is a vey big plus. I needed to trade in my old Lexus and came to the dealer where it was originally purchased because we were always treated well here. I got a great car at a great price. If I am going to drop money on a luxury car, aside from getting a quality automobile, I expect good customer service and a service center which is not a bunch of vultures trying to get me to pay for thing I don't need. There are other car dealers in the area I won't consider visiting again specifically for these reasons. I got great customer service all around and when I brought my old Lexus in for service, Keith Ullberg was extremely helpful, then when I wanted to look into getting a new car, he introduced me Mark Demma and after Mark got me into a new Lexus, Alex Flores was great about walking me through the features of my new car. Very happy with my new car and very happy with the quality of customer service. More
