Friendly and Patient Elliott was very helpful in helping get my mother into a lease of a 2020 Rav 4. I had done some legwork, getting information for her on the various small SUVs in this class to find out the trims that had what she wanted, how much they cost, and any special offers available. I met with Elliott and explained this to him, and he gave me the information I needed to take back to my mother. I came in a couple of other times, with my mother, and Elliott was very friendly and had my mother check out a few different trims, and test drive the vehicle. On the fourth and final time, he helped narrow down the vehicles that matched my mother’s needs, and when she decided on a color, he had her test drive it one more time to make sure she liked it. At no point did we ever feel rushed, and you could tell that he wanted my mother to be completely confident in her decision. I would highly recommend not just this dealership, but Elliott specifically. He is an excellent salesperson and a nice guy to boot. More
