Just want to start off this review by pointing out I usually dread the day I have to go to a dealership. I don't have what is even considered passable credit and when my truck decided it was too old to usually dread the day I have to go to a dealership. A friend of mine told me to reach out to Mark Dumovich for some help and I was not disappointed. While I was expecting to maybe if I was extremely lucky to leave the lot with a vehicle as the old as the one I owned or probably older. Mark and Wayne Denman and the finance team were able to work with me and not only get me into a vehicle but get me approved for a beautiful 2019 Escape. I definitely will be returning if I need a vehicle again and telling any of my friends or family to shop there from now on. Hands down probably the best experience I've probably had at a dealership ever. More

In closing, I will say that the management team is unlike any other that I have experienced at a car dealership.
