My car was there for a week, 2 of the days were holidays. I called on the 8th day and I was told my service advisor was not there and he would call me on day 9. I was like what!! I asked why she couldn't loo I called on the 8th day and I was told my service advisor was not there and he would call me on day 9. I was like what!! I asked why she couldn't look? Anyways It was just one more thing that irked me, the car has other issues that I reported the first month I had the car, and you could tell they didn't believe me. I picked up that car drove it to Cadillac and traded it in. Now I am Happy. Will never own a Genesis again and hope no one asks me about them, I will be honest. More

Genesis of Mentor is truly a GREAT dealership in all aspects from sales to service. I brought my 2025 GV80 in for its first oil change. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Phenomenal!! The oil that they use is full synthetic and literally the BEST there is…. Penzoil Platinum Euro LX. I looked up reviews on the oil on the internet and it’s clearly a 4.9 out of 5 in all respects. It’s very rare that you get a consensus on what oil is the best to use, and this one gets the majority votes. It’s REALLY nice that Genesis of Mentor uses this highest quality oil. Then when servicing was done, they wash the car! You might be thinking, “so what? A lot of dealers do.” And while you are right about that, the day I brought in my GV80 it was snowing and it had snowed and my blue SUV was white from all the salt. The young man with curly hair who washed my car is a champ!!! He got that GV80 spotless!!!! Check-out was equally smooth. Especially since they use Clover handheld point of sale terminal and they bring it to you! No trying to find the cashier! Bring your Genesis to Genesis of Mentor. You will not be disappointed. More
