I have always been a Honda girl! Today I purchased my 5th Honda and I’m still amazed by the quality and customer service I receive at Honda! I turned over my beloved Odyssey today after 12 1/2 years. Quick, polite, and professional Took my Civic in for an oil change and a tire rotation. The staff let me know there was a coupon that combined the services into one, lower price. Mark, my service rep, did a great job communicating with me, and pointed out a few other things I should be aware of without being pushy about making additional repairs. This was my first time at Auto Park Honda, and I was pleased with my experience. I’ll be coming back for additional service needs as the occasion arises. More

Purchased the car and after a big issues with the Honda sensing system failures and less then 30 days of vehicle purchases the Dealership have been washing their hands in getting me into an different vehic sensing system failures and less then 30 days of vehicle purchases the Dealership have been washing their hands in getting me into an different vehicle and sending me to talk to Honda Corporate Despite that the car is currently having a safety issues the service department claims no problems found and the car suddenly slams the brakes without snitching in front and lots of malfunctions lights showing. As today no o e have contacted me from the dealership or corporate to resolve the issue More

Needed a warranty repair while traveling for my brand Pilot Elite. They said the part was not in stock and would take a week and a half to order!
