We are very particular about how our car is handled when being serviced. Mark Forcucci was very patient and listened to our needs. He didn't get impatient or exasperated when we mentioned our needs 4-5 ti being serviced. Mark Forcucci was very patient and listened to our needs. He didn't get impatient or exasperated when we mentioned our needs 4-5 times. And, our needs are minor, not a major ask. I very much appreciate Mark's handling of our situation. I came to Lexus of Sharon because of car trouble. Luckily, a Lexus dealership was nearby, else I would've been stuck. Besides listening to our needs about handling our car, Mark had our car brought in and he didn't try to sell us anything. We just wanted to get our car diagnosed quickly and get back home. Mark told me what the technician found, told me the cost, and got me a loaner. I was on my way home very quickly. I very much appreciate how he handled things. We normally go to Lexus of Watertown because it's closer. But, it maybe worth going to Lexus of Sharon for the great service. More
