I went in for an oil change and ended up buying a new car. I took our 2017 Chevy Cruze in for an scheduled oil change. When we bought the car it didn't have cruise control and since it was only driven in town I took our 2017 Chevy Cruze in for an scheduled oil change. When we bought the car it didn't have cruise control and since it was only driven in town for a few months out of the year it had low mileage. I asked the service agent for a salesman to help me look for a small SUV. Mark Gerecke helped me find a Equinox that would fit our needs and then he had them give us a trade in figures on Thursday. I brought my husband in on Friday and we test drove the Equinox and were really impressed with how roomy it was and it now comes with heat and air conditioner vents in the back seat. We wanted a light color and they just had a brand new one arrive on the truck while we were there. We saw it and bought it. We were able to pick it up after servicing on Friday afternoon. We have bought our last three vehicles from ELCO Chevrolet in Ballwin. More

The last two vehicles I have purchased from Mark. I came in on November 26 telling Mark what I wanted. Mark informed me what he had in stock, what he could get in Illinois & what was en-route. I agreed to purchase the vehicle in stock. Mark clearly informed me which price reductions I qualified for. I drove off with my new '19 Equinox that afternoon.
