The employees were very nice and helpful. We checked out a number of used vehicles that initially fit the criteria of what I was looking for. Actually, I ended up with an upgrade SUV beyond what I had init a number of used vehicles that initially fit the criteria of what I was looking for. Actually, I ended up with an upgrade SUV beyond what I had initially gone in there for when the sales person helped me explore all of my options of used SUVs. I am quite pleased with my purchase, a 2012 "used" Traverse LT 4x4. What worked out well was there were spaces of time when "other" customers took a few minutes for my salesman time after we had looked over all of the SUV's because it gave me time to process and work out for myself how I was going to handle this purchase and leave with the vehicle that felt like the best fit for me. I am a woman and I really don't like how some sales people have treated me in the past...but I have never had that problem at ELCO. I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership, two used and one new. I will continue to purchase my vehicles at ELCO, the service department is also good and I trust them. More
