Horrible. Would give a 0/10 if I could. Where do I start. Drove an hour and a half to see a car I was told was available. When I got there the car had sold Would give a 0/10 if I could. Where do I start. Drove an hour and a half to see a car I was told was available. When I got there the car had sold the day before confirming. Spent several hours haggling over trying to use the financing I wanted while the dealer pushed for me to use their financing. After making a purchase, which included certified vehicle under factory warranty, 3 days after bringing the car home, emissions light came on and I brought to a different Honda dealer for service. Our salesman Mark was very dismissive about it when we called to let him know that it was in for service for engine light. Honda service called to let me know there was rodent damage to the fuel system, which needed to be replaced- not covered under warranty. $2000+. Mark and dealership washed their hands of it stating it must have occurred in the 3 days we owned the car. This car is a 2023 with 1600 miles on it and has obviously been sitting on a lot for the majority of its time not being driven before we purchased. The damage clearly did not occur in our possession in 3 days. They are unwilling to do the right thing and pay for the repair or fix it I will obviously never deal with this dealer again and hopefully others will see this and do the same. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Do not buy a car here, they will leave you high and dry when it comes down to it. More

I don't know if your team is not familiar with the business or it's a pre-designed routine, but the car buying experience is very unpleasant, insincere, and unreliable. Your team played a good role in the inducement marketing method and deserves praise. The total price you told me was inconsistent with the contract. I chose to believe that you would not change the price in the contract. Obviously, I was wrong! Congratulations on your achievement. Thank you for letting me learn a lesson. More
