When I came to Northside Lexus 10 years ago I had never sold cars before, but I have always been a “car guy”. I have owned around 65 cars, trucks, motorcycles and two buses. I work in the Pre-Owned Sales Department, and I love to see an older car being traded in with low miles, and a real great paint job. That is lots of fun for me! I had been searching for a particular, low mileage Lexus for 2 months. I drove to Northside Lexus from the Austin area to look at a GS 350 they just got in. My salesperson Mark was very helpful and enjoyed for 2 months. I drove to Northside Lexus from the Austin area to look at a GS 350 they just got in. My salesperson Mark was very helpful and enjoyed working with him. However, I was dissatisfied with the sales managers as it took a lot of effort to work a trade amount on my trade in I was happy with. Also, during the walk around I found out the cars paint was keyed heavily on the passenger front fender and the passenger front door under previous ownership. I brought it to the sales departments attention immediately but they refused to address it or fix it. All they were concerned about were making a sale and giving me as little as possible on the trade, and making a bunch of money on the trade. Again, very happy with Mark, I was dissatisfied with the sales managers. I plan to keep this GS for many years as Lexus made a huge mistake discontinuing the GS in 2020. Clean, low mileage GS’s are getting harder to find. More

Had a great experience with Mark Green. I bought a used 2018 ES 350 and am a little disappointed that the tire year manufactured was not discussed. I blame myself I bought a used 2018 ES 350 and am a little disappointed that the tire year manufactured was not discussed. I blame myself for not bringing it up but I didn't know better. We were very happy with Northside Lexus. Mark did a great job helping us find the perfect vehicle for my wife. We went in with a pre approval from a credit union and Northside was able to Mark did a great job helping us find the perfect vehicle for my wife.
