I went to several dealers before deciding to go to Ford. When I arrived I expected to be given the run around but it was a great experience! Mark Gurgone took care of me right away. Mark and his assistant were very pleasant to work with. He got me in and out with no hassles. He helped me get my credit approved which I thought was impossible. Great people to work with. WARNING: HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE! I feel sorry for anyone who steps foot on Golf Mill Ford Property. Name dropping in 3..2..1.. MARK GURGONE was the horrible sales person and HERE! I feel sorry for anyone who steps foot on Golf Mill Ford Property. Name dropping in 3..2..1.. MARK GURGONE was the horrible sales person and Jon Kreatsoulas was my original finance person. Ever heard of "Buyers Remorse"? Well I had that as soon as I drove off the lot. Not because of the a new truck but because of the the way Mark Gurgone handled the entire sale transaction and after sale. They do not make things right at Golf Mill Ford even after buying a $58,000 truck. Mark was nice enough to add over $7,500 worth of add-ons without walking me through a single item that was "added" and never notified me that it did NOT come with the truck but will be added to the final balance. Jon Kreatsoulas told me "I need your signature here" with every paper handed to me. When in fact I was not required to sign anything you handed me, Jon. The only person that was worth my time was Wesley Polo, who helped me with cancelling a portion Mark & Jons add-on mistake, since they couldn't do it themselves. Isn't it funny how Wesley could do it though? This is where the story gets better! One package that couldn't be taken off was a sweet UNDERCOATING PACKAGE! No, it couldn't be taken off because it was ON the truck already... You would think it would be ON the truck already before end of sale, right? NOPE! SOLD TRUCK WITHOUT IT!!!! Had to schedule an appointment for the $1,000 undercoating package. I took off work and arrived on time for appointment. I was told before hand they would have a truck for me to use for work while it was being serviced and it would take 3 hours. Little did I know, an Expedition was the only car they had for me to tow 10,000 lbs. and the undercoating would take all day! I'll do the undercoating myself for $30.00 thank you very much. I took my keys and went back to work. I will not be going back to Golf Mill Ford for anything! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER LIVED THROUGH!!! More
