I had purchased a a brand 2020 Ford Explorer. I was told it was never used or demo. I take the vehicle home to show to family and friends when there was a crack in the bumper that was covered up with putty it was never used or demo. I take the vehicle home to show to family and friends when there was a crack in the bumper that was covered up with putty and factory paint. You actually had to be close to see it. I had to talk to my sales man and a manager in order to get it fixed. They claim that no one had used the vehicle and that it was not a demo even though there was 250 miles on the vehicle. They claim it was parking lot damage and they had received the vehicle like that. But if you think about it why wasn’t notice when they check over the vehicle before the customer takes it home. Gold Mill Ford did fix the problem after a week waiting for the part. I do have to say I’m not comfortable with my vehicle because I believe I’m going to have problems with it. As for the salesman and finance person they were great. They were understanding and willing to work with you on what you wanted. Word of advice. Make sure you check over the vehicle before signing all the papers. More
