No Pressure! I had to unexpectedly get a new (used) car and usually do not look forward to going into a dealership, let alone during a pandemic. I found the car o I had to unexpectedly get a new (used) car and usually do not look forward to going into a dealership, let alone during a pandemic. I found the car online and Mark contacted me to see about a test drive. I went, expecting to be given a hard sell and was so pleasantly surprised to experience the total opposite. After the test drive, we sat and came to a final price -- however, I needed some time to think about it so left without purchasing-- no last minute, "What can I do to put you in this car today?" kind of thing. But by the end of the day I emailed Mark that I wanted to put a deposit on it because I felt it was a great deal. I came in shortly thereafter to finalize the transaction, again no surprises and no hard sell with an extended warranty, etc. I also found about that I can come in any time for a free car wash, and I must mention the great coffee machine they have! Seriously, try the cappuccino:) And even though it was pretty contactless and we all were wearing masks, it turned out to be a really nice experience. Mark was terrific, very personable and Al was a pleasure to deal with for the finance part. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new or used car. More

We go there again very nice dealership had a small issue when I got home with the car sent an email out to the finance guy he contacted me with the used car sales guy and I brought in for service and they f when I got home with the car sent an email out to the finance guy he contacted me with the used car sales guy and I brought in for service and they fixed it to replace the belt free of charge because there was no warranty on the car so thank you very much More

Great Customer Service I enjoyed my car buying experience at Grand Subaru. I was happy to see they were taking necessary precautions with the COVID-19 situation going on. They were not pushy or demanding in any way which I sincerely appreciated. Mark and the team were able to find a car that fit my family and I. Al Hassan was great to talk to and did a nice job helping me understand the financial side of the purchase I was making. I would definitely do business here again. More

Mark is awesome. He is head and shoulders above the rest of the auto specialists we have worked with in the past. Very helpful and accommodating. He is not pushy. Upon delivery of the Ascent, he took his time and went over the features of the car with us. He was careful to review the different settings and emphasized the ones he felt were the most critical for us to understand. He made this car-buying process easy and painless and enjoyable. Very impressive. I highly recommend him when looking for a new or used car. Ask for Mark. You will be happy that you did :). More
