You have a choice in dealerships, but you'd be making a mistake to not work with Mark at Grand. More

We worked with Mark Hoen and had a great experience buying a used car. Mark was very helpful, did not pressure us, or over-sell. He had great attention to detail, and helped us get a few issues we noti buying a used car. Mark was very helpful, did not pressure us, or over-sell. Only drawback was a long wait to work with finance, but that wasn’t Mark’s fault. Kinda typical when you buy a car anyway. We will consider coming back to this dealer - simply because of the service that Mark provided. Mark was not the stereotypical used-car salesman. If you end up trading here, ask for Mark Hoen. More

I would recommend both of these salespeople. Very accommodating, friendly and patient helping me with any questions I had. Also Trace was in his early 20s and was a wizard with helping me pare my phone to my new car and helping with other questions I had. Amazing! More

I had spent hours on Car Gurus and getting quotes from dealerships. Grand Subaru is Grand indeed. They blew the competition out of the water with extremely fast response rates to my questions and the set a new definition for competitive pricing. I recently had an exhausting experience from another dealer in IL (I live in Wisconsin), so I was wary of the drive. Grand was a compete 180 from the other dealer. Grand was honest, and upfront, no hidden fees, no baloney. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Sandy is an all star with the internet conversation, Mark was SO knowledgeable about all the features, and Al was a great no-nonsense guy when I needed to sign the final paperwork.
