I went into Family Hyundai looking to lease a new car. I ended up dealing with Mark Holder. The service was horrible. Their pricing was insane for a lease so I decided to walk and think about it. They continued to call and pressure me so after 2 calls I decided to take my business elsewhere. Now they are calling my phone like crazy today and have now posted all my info about my car to a bunch of other dealerships sites so now my e-mail and phone are blowing up with dealerships wanting to buy a car I no longer even have. Worst service experience I have ever had! I will never recommend Family Hyundai to anyone! More
