paid over $1,000; issue was not fixed By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took my VW Jetta in because the engine light was on and the car was puttering. We were going By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took my VW Jetta in because the engine light was on and the car was puttering. We were going to junk it, as it has over 150,000 miles on it and it is only worth $250. They assured me the car was in good condition and only needed a few things replaced. I paid $1,000 to have the coil packs replaced and a few other things. Two days later while driving, the engine light comes back on and car is puttering (same issue). After spending $1,000, I took it back and asked if they could diagnose the problem (they never fixed the original issue). Said they would have to charge me another $100 to diagnose it. When I told them I did not want to put another cent into it without knowing what was wrong, they offered to buy the car from me. What a slap in the face. I went to the dealership in person and asked to speak with the manager to see if they could diagnose the issue free of charge, and THEY SAID I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never, ever buy another Volkswagen, because I cannot stand to work with their representatives. I will be calling news stations and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. More
