Absolutely terrible experience. I spent about 43k at the north hills location on a 2019 golf r and even paid 1k extra for the tire and wheels insurance. Last maintenance i was told to call a number, and theyd come to my house to repair said wheels. When the time came to call about a cracked rim due to road conditions I had accidentally misplaced the number, and spent 2 days of being bounced around the dealership, leaving messages, etc to hearing nothing back. Today when i chased down the man who originally gave me the number finally. I was told the dealership had to make the claim and i personally couldn't. They sure took my money with a smile and open hand but when the time comes on rendering the service they will do absolutely anything to ghost you. I will never be going back there. More

This is the worst place I have ever done business with. They sold me a junk car for my 17yr old daughter. Every time I would call no one would ever answer or return my calls. I drove an hour to purchase this vehicle because thought I was going to a reputable place, boy was I wrong. We have only had this car for 1yr and 4 months and it has already had a new engine put in it. It has been at the dealership more than at our home. I would not recommend anyone to buy here. More

We were going to junk it, as it has over 150,000 miles on it and it is only worth $250. They assured me the car was in good condition and only needed a few things replaced. I paid $1,000 to have the coil packs replaced and a few other things. Two days later while driving, the engine light comes back on and car is puttering (same issue). After spending $1,000, I took it back and asked if they could diagnose the problem (they never fixed the original issue). Said they would have to charge me another $100 to diagnose it. When I told them I did not want to put another cent into it without knowing what was wrong, they offered to buy the car from me. What a slap in the face. I went to the dealership in person and asked to speak with the manager to see if they could diagnose the issue free of charge, and THEY SAID I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never, ever buy another Volkswagen, because I cannot stand to work with their representatives. I will be calling news stations and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. More

Reckless service management I took my Volkswagen Passat to the service department of Cochran Volkswagen in 2755 West Liberty Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15216. The reason why I took my car is that I had engine light on. Service advisor: 996906 Michael Hecker made a call to me and said that Ignition Coil and Sparks Plugs should be replaced in the car in order to turn off the engine light. I agreed and he did the service for $513.78 (USD). After 48 hours the engine light turned on again, I called them and they asked to bring the car. Then, they checked the car and Michael told me that engine light would not turn on again. Then, next day the same thing happened, I already took the car to them three times. I talked with the service manager: Justin Hergenroeder and he says that he cannot do refund and he asked to bring the car to the dealership one more time. Yesterday, 996906 Michael Hecker made a call and he asked another $750 for turning off the engine light. I already paid $513.78 for this service which was required to fix the problem. It means that they did a wrong diagnosis in the beginning for my car and charged money for that wrong diagnosis. I have a right to claim for my money back. But, a service management of this dealership do not care about this and they are denying that they did a mistake. It's a huge shame that reckless people like them are representing a brand and company like Volkswagen which plays important role in the Auto industry.
