I've been looking for an Acadia and none of the dealerships near me had what I was looking for. I found the car I wanted while searching the internet and requested a quote via their website. I was immediately contacted by Amanda to go over exactly what I needed. Within 30 minutes she called me back with the quote. Since their dealership is about a 45 minute drive from my house I didn't want to drive there to negotiate in case the deal wasn't to my liking. David made it extremely easy to negotiate over the phone. Once I had the deal I wanted, I made an appointment with Mark to go in to make my purchase. When we arrived Mark met us and took us to my car for a test drive. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable explaining all of the features during our drive. After the test drive and Mark made sure I was happy with the vehicle, I headed right into Mike's office to complete all the paperwork. Since I started this process on the phone a lot of the initial paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived so everything went smoothly. Once that was over Mark helped me set everything up (onStar, Bluetooth, settings, etc...) and I was on my way in my New 2019 GMC Acadia. The entire process from beginning to end could not have been any easier. Everyone that I met was great to work with. I will DEFINITELY recommend Rizza GMC and Mark Hoover to anyone that might be looking for a GMC, Cadillac or Buick. Even if you have to go out of your way to get there, it will be worth the trip!!! More

In my life, I've purchased 3 cars on my own and this is the only time I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want or question the ethics of the person selling me the car. Mark was super nice and accommodating. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted for a monthly price I could afford even with my average credit. The icing on the cake was that I had a work meeting I had to get to and Mark literally ran from building to building of the dealership to get me out of there in my brand new car on time. He was visibly dripping sweat to meet my needs - talk about working hard!
