My experience here was just absolutely amazing. I came in to look at a Chevy traverse I was interested in and told Mark Hoover what my limit was and he was fantastic at getting me exactly where I wa I came in to look at a Chevy traverse I was interested in and told Mark Hoover what my limit was and he was fantastic at getting me exactly where I wanted to be. The atmosphere was very friendly with everyone here. I also had the privilege of working with Joe Uccardi - finance who made the process go by extremely fast and was very friendly. Great customer service but wait time was too long! I went in today to have a 2013 Buick LaCrosse serviced. I owned that car 5 years and decided to purchase a new car today. While the customer service I went in today to have a 2013 Buick LaCrosse serviced. I owned that car 5 years and decided to purchase a new car today. While the customer service was excellent, I felt the wait time could’ve been cut down some. I arrived at 9am for my service appointment and waited 1.5 hours just to hear what was wrong with the car. After finding out what was wrong I was faced with the decision to either keep the Lacrosse or buy something else. I decided on the latter. My salesman, Mark Hoover, was excellent and I have no complaints there. But the wait time was extremely long. I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 4pm. I know buying a car is a lengthy process but in my experiences with purchasing vehicles I’ve never had such a long wait time. If the wait time was shorter this would’ve been a 5 star rating. More
